I saw one once, a few years ago, in Tucson. It had four short-action front pistons and a detachable recording bell. The old duffer who owned it had just gotten it from Vince at TE for, I believe, $3500. I called Vince the next day, who confirmed that he had sold the horn and, having realized afterward how rare it was, deeply regretted the sale. And no, he didn't know where he could get another one... :-(
