I have a copy of this book for trumpet, and it could easily apply to tuba if you read treble clef. The title is "How Brass Players Do It. A book of lip building and flexibility exercises." by John Ridgeon. I've had my copy for at least ten years. Don't know if there is a version specifically for tuba.
