I can't stand how you have to click the right spot when doing stuff that's ledger lines above/below the staff in sibelius. If you click the wrong spot(which happens really often) you have yo get congress to sign a bill for you to be able to correct the note. With finale, you use the number pad and directional buttons, making it MUCH faster and easier to put in notes. Yes, it is easier to learn the sibelius (approx 2 minutes if you have an iq over 95) than finale, mainly because it just takes you a while to get into the "rhythm" (no pun intended) of it, but where I stand now, I can put in notes as fast as I can put in words, whereas in sibelius it takes me forever to put in a single bar. Even if you (somehow) like the sibelius interface better, finale HAS a tool that allows you to put it in this way.
