Devin, the blues scale you have written down is correct. The bebop major scale to be used over a major chord (XM, XMaj, XM7) is 1,2,3,4,5,#5,6,7,1, the bebop seventh scale to be used over a dominant chord (X7) is 1,2,3,4,5,6,b7,7,1, of course all three are "artificial" scales, the blues scale is our attempt to write down a feeling. The bebop scales are an attempt to write down a feeling and to internalize common passing tones in the music. They also make it more fun to practice, as even scales will sound like jazz lines. Peace.
