This is not the web-page of Instrumentalist magazine, however... It's a screen capture of the cover of the magazine and the first page. The tuba player in the photo is Tammy Gross, and the section of the article with a brief bio is highlited. Since the article mentions that Tammy's parents are both professional musicians, we can deduce that grossmusic.com is the website of their business or company or whatever, and this page was set up to display their daughter's 15 minutes of fame.
