I also have music/computer glasses. They work great. Some people do an upside-down bifocal if they really want to see the conductor all that badly. You put the distance lens up at the top, in the top 1/3 or so, with the major part of the lens on the bottom to see the music. But try the dimestore ones first....cheap and easy.
