If you are looking for something with some padding... go to a Home Depot or someplace that sells pipe insulation and put it wherever you need too... if you want to get really fancy you could even fashion a peice of leather around it with some velcro at the end so you can take it on and off for bathing the horn.
In case you are wondering, the pipe insulation has been on my horn for about 2 years and hasn't left a scratch yet... it is surprisingly soft on the inside and can be trimmed to fit just about any diameter pipe..
Just a though.. and hey it beats paying someone 75 dollars for one..
