Without revealing too much of my background knowledge from the local brass instruments business:

At least one major dealer in my country refuses to to make any deals with the Yorkbrunner model. He sends the astonishingly high number of customers directly to the factory.

The reason: The mark-up allowed by the factory is only at the level, that can be earned by selling 2 specimens of a very popular French pro level clarinet. The combined price of such 2 clarinets is one fifth of a Yorkbrunner. The Yorkbrunner mark-up can no-way cover the risks attached to a deal.
