I have heard Lind's rendition of the Marcello Sonatas, and regularly practice the Little transcriptions to which you refer. They are ornamented differently, and in some cases arranged differently. But this is common with Baroque and Renaissance music, where ornamentation grew from traditional practice and was often not notated. Consequently, any modern arrangement that notates the ornamentation will reflect the arranger's approach to ornamentation.
