Rudolf Meinl makes tubas in BBb, C, Eb and F. There are models designated as a 4/4 size instrument in each key, but I'll assume you are speaking of C tubas. The 4/4 size rotary valve C tuba from Rudolf Meinl, model RM 1 C 45-5S has a 45 centimeter(17 3/4") bell, approximately .822" bore, and an overall length of 39 3/4 ". The model 4345-rotor has the same bell diameter, but different tapers and a smaller rotor valveset, from the 3/4 size C tuba, closer to .750", and is a shorter instrument. The model 4345-piston shares essentially the same body, but has a .750" piston section w/ 5th rotor. All of these are considered to be 4/4 size tubas.
The rotor Rudolf Meinl 4/4 C tuba is slightly larger overall than the Meinl-Weston model 25, and is larger than the model 4345. It is closest in size to the B&S PT6-rotary tuba, which is considered to be a 5/4 size tuba. Rudolf Meinls tend to run larger for a given fractional size than other makes. I hope this helps.
