Nah! It's more fun to monkey around with stuff like this. Granted, if I was a serious performer I would invest in the correct equipment in the first place. Anyway, attempting to learn different fingerings after playing Eb fingerings for over 40 years has convinced me that I would rather be a reasonably good Eb player than a mediocre Eb/BBb/CC/F switch-hitter.
