A friend of mine also has one of these, 4 valve, top action, upright fixed bell 6/4 Martins. It's missing the tuning lever, but has the brackets for it. The horn has a wonderful sound (but he's a good player) and is very versatile, especially for its size. Except for the normal length valve stroke, it has all of the virtures of a Conn 2XJ without the intonation issues. I do miss the short valves, though.
