Well, assuming its not coming out your ears, it can only be your nose, around your mouthpiece, or its actually the horn.
Try another horn. If that is not it, then get a pair of nose clips to close off your nose.
If thats not it - well, I suppose you could super glue the mouthpiece into place. But, then, unless you REALLY need to go on a diet, that is not too practical a solution.
