Was introduced to the fine musicianship of Mike Walbridge this week
at The Landing in San Antonio. He fit right in with the Jim Cullem
Band -- tunes by King Oliver, Jelly Roll, Bix, etc., he knows them all.
He lives and works out in Chicagoland these days, but still makes trips to
the west coast.
A real gentleman and a walking encyclopedia of info on traditional jazz.
