Eb tuba takes a regular mouthpiece just like any tuba. Generally you might have more sucess with a mouthpiece that is a little smaller than a standard BBb mouthpiece. The onlt tubas I play at the moment are Eb but I used to play big horns and my big deep mouthpiece that I have to use on a big tuba will not work on my Eb. I use a mouthpiece that is more of a standard size on my Eb maybe comparable to a 24aw or a helleberg 7b size. There are so many different size mouthpieces out there and everybody has a different taste for them. If you are just asking because you are going to play an Eb for the first time then a standard size should work for a start. That only problem you might run into is that some Eb tubas has a smaller shank on the mouthpiece depending on the age and make of the instrument.
