This has to be a comment left by someone under 21 years old. (probably the same category of poster that, for instance, from time to time will on this bbs berate John Williams' compositions - parroting the jealousy-motivated comments of their Theory 101 teacher)
1/ How can any call something "cheap" (St. P. CC) that hasn't even been around to inspect nor play?
2/ How many St. P. tubas have you ever played (or even seen)?

St. Pete's aren't the greatest and not a "status" tuba, but the (admittedly only three) that I've seen, played, and serviced were all as good as many of the Czech-made tubas, and with good sound and intonation.
