There's another option--make your own. A fellow here in town does just that--he hard-solders sheet brass discs inside of short sections of tubing (either nickel-silver or yellow brass), completes the assembly with a brass machine screw soldered through a hole in the middle. He then glues chips of mother-of-pearl on them. They look very professional and he's made some huge ones for his horns.
I was thinking about making some oversized ones up myself and using inserts made of bone or turquoise.
