Hi Jenna,
I have arranged the Korean Folk Song (the same one that James Barnes Chance used for his famous band variations) for Flute, and Tuba, as a duet. Check out the score sample, at the link below.
I also have done a couple of other Flute/Tuba duet arrangements, including some Christmas carols. You can e-mail me if you are interested.
Of course none of them are on the festival lists, but they are good if you are just looking for tunes to play with a friend!
