Well, in studying with my teacher, he has his studio do this: play the pattern of eighth-sixteenth-sixteenth, eighth-sixteenth-sixteenth, then two groups of four sixteenth notes on a single note. You play the pattern ascending from second line Bb at a FF volume going all the way up to F above the staff (in the key of Eb M), then you play the same thing descending to the top space Bb. You play this pattern, say, starting at 100 or whatever tempo you can play comfortably and increase the speed by a few tempo markings per day. Play this daily. Eventually I think the goal is supposed to be quarter equals 132. Sorry if this description is a little confusing, but it's the best I can do.
