put a hardwood rolling pin (kitchen utensil) in a vice.
Hold the tuba upside by the rim of the bell. (' you got the coodination to do this without dropping the tuba?) Carefully roll the creased areas against the rolling pin from the inside of the bell (upside down) and outside of the bell (right-side up, now) back-and-forth until you're either satisfied with the job or satisfied that you've really quite messed it up enough worse than it was before.
