I think (take it for what it is worth) that the Meinl Weston 2145 and 2155 are about as close as you will find in a production horn. Especially the 2145 which has just a touch of flare on the end of the bell.

FWIW, the 2155 was basically an attempt to create a piston Alexander from all accounts. The tapers, wrap and large bows are fairly indicative of that. The bell on that horn is also very "stovepipe-ish" with a touch of flare right at the end.
