Definitely piano. I probably (now) play the tuba a bit better than I do the piano, but I started on piano and it's still my native tongue.
This should not be a surprise - with a piano keyboard, everything is laid out before you in a very natural way (er, am I begging the question, here?)
As my limited skills with the tuba improve, I think that I'm noticing a growing ability to "visualize" in terms of tuba. For whatever reasons (there may be several) I find myself picking out tunes on the piano...in Bb!
