For christmas I decided to ask for a gig bag, I currently play on a cerveny 681. However If I suceed with a college scholarship I plan to purchase my own tuba. Most likely not a cerveny, but a generally same type/size horn with a larger bell.
Is there a bag I can get now, that I can use on my cerveny now that I could use in the future on another tuba? I dont' know how they go sizing wise, or what kind to get.
I will mainly just be using it to bring my horn back and forth from school, along with region try outs and other tryouts, Im just tired of battling the case its in now. the hinges aren't user friendly if u know what I mean.
Any suggestions appreciated, I just figure I'll get one eventually, why not get one now and use it..
