Hi!
Just be a little creative and don´t limit yourself to written etudes.
Just take a random exercise from your etude books and play e.g. every note in triplets for triple tonguing. Play scales, arpeggios, wide intervals over 1,2,3... octaves intervalls as high and as low (!)possible with different articalutions, everything is allowed when you´re practising. Push your outer limit to make the impossible possible!
