The Marine Band has one of those horns up in the attic at the barracks, looks real similar to that one. I'll do some investigating if you like, the thing is absolutely huge(read:unusable) but looks to be in good shape. As for the dog- it too appears huge for the breed. By any chance did this photo come from Washington DC?
