Really, it is not that difficult to learn new fingerings (either set). Although there are similarities between both the Eb & F, and Bb. I actually find the similarities in fingerings to cause more problems, than the differences.
Having said all of that, I think that an Eb would probably make a better choice, as an all around horn.
