If I had as Besson to play I might have an answer for you, but I'm not that familiar with different euphs and their specifics. Some aspects of mouthpiece design can definitely help or hurt that sort of intonation issue, but when it's just a single note or harmonic like that, it's an instrument design problem. If you like the sound it gets, realize that that same design is what contributes to the sound quality because it suppresses that harmonic area of the sound since there's no reinforcement of the in-tune harmonics there. Even if a mouthpiece could correct the prtoblem, it would therefore make the horn sound less "Besson-like," and there's no way around that.
