If you really miss playing, I suggest taking the time to save some funds towards a more substantial purchase.
Find out if a local band director or community band can help you out. Honestly, I can't even manage to get an old valve set from a sousaphone for $200, let alone an entire tuba. In the meantime, get a moutpiece and get your chops started.
