I have a huge Kaiser tuba (MW200) that I normally rest on the chair between my legs. The available chair is sometimes too small for this or it's leaning too much to give a comfortable height. For sitting playing I've found the Tubassist most flexible. The resting point is easy to adjust for any need. I have also a K&M stand but with prolonged rod (that is standard) but only for standing playing.
