Give the TE a call and ask them for a freight waybill tracking number. If they haven't shipped your horn, this will call their bluff. If they can give you a tracking number you can then check with their carrier to see what the status is. Most common carriers (UPS, Fedex, for example) maintain an online tracking system or an 800 number for inquiries.
