I use a foam mat meant for drying dishes on. You can find them in most any grocery store in the housewares section. I know for a fact that Wal-mart carries them. They come in many colors so you can personalize them. I place one on my chair for when I a playing and put another on the floor next to my chair so that I can set my tuba on the ground without scratching up the bell. I looked into a leather wrap for the bottow bow and to the best of my knowledge you will have to make one yourself. Unlike other instruments tubas vary too much in shape to produce a 'standard' protective wrap.
I hope that helps.
cheers!
