Vince uses AFB freight to ship tubas. There is no way that it should take even close to this long to get to you, but I would check with TE and make sure it was shipped. As suggested earlier, get a tracking number. If they truly shipped it, they need to follow up with the carrier, and if they didn't ship it, there is likely a foul up in the computer that shows that it was shipped or the order was omitted, entered wrong, or whatever. Vince is a bit high priced IMHO, but he ships the merchandise promptly in my experience. Doesn't do any good to sit back and snipe at TE, find out what the problem is.
