The piece was written by Jon Sass, and it is available through the publisher (Lydke Verlag - the wife of Enrique Crespo who played Euphonium on that CD) as mentioned in my previous posting.
As far as I am informed, they don't have e-mail yet, but as soon as they will, it will be posted on the Meinl-Weston Website in the news and faq section. Follow the link below.
