Alexander had a Doubles Tuba in his catalog some years ago.
The problem of bulding a double tuba is that it became very heavy. Moreover you should have the same ``last part of the tuba" for both (e.g.) F and C so that you have a too big F and a too small C. On the horn it work very well because it has very narrow bore and it
