The YEB-381 is simply the YEB-321 with the fifth (or fourth and a
half) valve attachment. Thus it is a top-action horn with the
added valve actuated by the right thumb. In fact, the fifth valve
assembly is removable and, with the right part, you can turn it back
into a four-valve horn. I beleive it disappeared from the catalog
in about 1992. In an older catalog I have, the 381 is described,
along with the 321 in proper Yamahaese as an "Intermediate" model.
