Hello.
Speaking a someone with experience on both horns, I say:
Take the 3rd valve slide ont he 201 and put it in backwards, and then play it with your hand on the slide to pull when needed.
In my opinion, the 201 is superior in every way to the 641 except for the awkwardness of holding the upright valves.
