When a thread strips out in a frame casting of an expensive piece of machinery they don't throw out the equiptment they use a "Helicoil" insert. It looks like a coiled spring wire on the outside, but if you look inside it looks like threads. You use a special tap to rethread the valve body, and choose the proper helicoil to present the proper thread to the valve stem. Take the valve body and a new valve stem to a local automotive MACHINE shop and ask them to fix it. Please note, I didn't say local automobile repair shop.
