I should think that the simindl bass method books have a few duets that are useable by bass/cello.
Bach celli duets are sometimes attainable for bass/cello
Appelbaum Duets for Strings, volume 1,2,3
Elgar Duet for Cello/Bass (is also the duet for trombone)
I have the list of required contest music for the Missouri State High School Activities Association. The list for duets for string instruments is long. You might be able to obtain one through Wingert-Jones Music in Kansas City, or Shivelbine Music Company in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Also through the Missouri State High School Activities Association.
