I'll do some checking on my end here, there is an amateur tuba player here in town that is an absolute Eb tuba freak. I mean, this guy has 4 or 5 of them easy. His favorite of the bunch is a compensating Willson 3+1 piston just like you describe. I don't believe the pistons are rotax design valves, I think that is a rotary valve design. I'll do some checking with my friend (who I play chamber music with regularly) and see if he can give you some ideas about model numbers, etc. I'll be in touch.
