Which is (unfortunately) all too often read as:
1. The ability of a single tubist to use his/her musical instrument as a Decibel Grenade, destroying all sense of balance in an ensemble comprised primarily of stringed instruments.
2. The drubbing of an audition committee by many similarly-minded tubists.
