Miraphone C4 = Shilke 69C4=Yamaha 68B

From my research it seems that the Yamaha 68B mouthpiece is based on the Shilke 69C4 mouthpiece, which is turn is based on the miraphone C4. Does this makes the Yamaha 68B a copy of the original C4?
