So, what difference does it make what their pay is? If you take a job agreeing to perform a service for a particular amount of pay, you should do the job the best you can. If the money isn't enough, go get another job (I would DEFINITELY be doing something different if I didn't care to make money). But I think it is insulting to people making lower wages to presume that a low wage justifies bad behavior. Kind of like that 'soft bigotry of low expectations' our new president talks about.
