Unlike silver plating (best done by Anderson), you may well find that many good instrument repair shops have the facilities for this. They should have a good buffing facility, a hot degreaser and a dust-free spray booth and oven (for curing the lacquer). Ask to see some typical work they've done.

The local shop out here built a new oven, but had a failure in the thermostat and the Yamaslammer 321 BBb that was being baked ended up in pieces on the floor of the oven. They subsequently added a second thermostat in series with the first...
