If you are dead-set on the B&S, most major retailers can get the instruments, or at least a bid from one, from a sole-source vendor. Try Washington Music Center in Wheaton, MD. They do a lot of stuff for the govt. I would also second the recc. for the VMI. Less expensive and available from several dealers. Also look into the Jupiter BBb. A solid horn, good workmanship, and good tone. A piston horn to boot. Another one readily available. Good luck.
