To be absolutely clear, I am giving information on the WIND BAND (brasses AND woodwinds) accompaniment - with conductor's score - for the Edward Gregson "Concerto for Tuba".
I HAVE NO INFORMATION HERE ABOUT THE (original) BRASS BAND ACCOMPANIMENT.
The WIND BAND parts are NOT rental ("wind band" = brasses & woodwinds), and they may be purchased. This is an old English publication by Novello and NOW it is distributed by:
