What about buying a new "Conn" CC bell (or waiting until they come out as a BBb with "King" stamped on them) and cutting it to fit your male tenon?
You could also buy one of these "unstamped" and have it custom engraved in Elkhart, Indiana with old-fashioned style engraving, possibly.
