Check the shops section on this site. Dillons always has a good selection of used horns at reasonable prices, as does Baltimore Brass. I would also check Taylor Music. Also check the "for sale" pages on the Yahoo Groups Tubaeuph group and Tuba Daves's adds at the link below.
