No , in '78 I was starting 8th grade... That was probably Tom Lyckberg, Ed Simmons, Ike Evans, Ron Haney and Howard Bowlin. All but Ron have since retired. Ron made the switch from BBb to CC in'93 or so. I thought Brad Weaver and Mike Dunn were the first to use CC's in the USMB, but as usual, I could very well be wrong.
