The horn is new and the valves are sticking? If it is truly a mechanical problem, your repair person may hand lap the piston. I switched to Hetman Synthetic Light Piston Oil about a year ago because of sticking problems on the 1st valve of my Kalison, and I have been very pleased with the results. The Hetman Oil is a bit more expensive (about $5 a bottle), but so little is needed that it lasts a long time (i.e., you don't need to lubricate as frequently). It may be a bit hard to find, I cannot find it locally and order it through the Brasswind, in South Bend, IN.
