David Fedderly is your man. He owns Baltimore Brass Company. Has got to be the most laid back dealer I know of. If he doesn't have what you need he'll come right out and say so. He might even point you to another dealer who does have it in stock. No BS, just a guy who has some new and used horns and makes great deals.
Dillon Music and Brasswind are also on the short list of universally respected dealers who have decent prices and support their customers. Charlie Krause, who essentially built Brasswind's reputation as a good place to buy tubas and euphoniums, is now with a company in Texas called BrookMays. He is trying to do there what he did at Brasswind and build a reputation as the superstore of tubas. Ya might also give him a call.
